T7 Windowblind

Again... there are no substyles for Vista or XP. As I was making the Q7 skin I thought that a cleaner... sleeker version might appeal to some so this is it. There are many of the same components in this skin but this one has been gone over and refined, hopefully some will enjoy it. As I am fairly new to making Windowblinds skins please feel free to comment about the likes and dislikes and if my health improves so maybe my skills at this new venue will also.
